Omega Machine and Tool Inc. does a variety of different machining operations. Our latest fixes are for the loose bearings in the Honda cases. We also put a sleeve in the AW55-50SN case to repair the area where the transfer gear sits.

We are always looking for ways to help the transmission shops deliver a quality job at an affordable price. Being able to salvage a drum, housing or case are a few of the ways we provide that service. Sometimes it isn't about saving money, its strengthening a weak area and improving the reliability. Sometimes replacement parts are not available at any price and remanufacturing a part makes the job possible. Whatever it takes to make the transmission job happen, is what we want to do.

A4LD - Install new converter bushing, line bore to size. Replace oil seal.
Mercedes Bell Housings, replace stator
RL-4/RE-4FO2A- Nissan Maxima, Stanza, Pulsar. Remachine pump surface to restore pump pressure.
4L60E (TH700R4) Rebush case, R & R only.

A4LD Sleeve governor bore. On the 4 liter cases we replace the rear sprag thrust washer.

Retip main and input shafts. Check our great price on ten or more.
AODE/4R70W 1/2 accumulator bore repair. When your spring breaks or the bore just becomes worn, we can sleeve the bore back to original dimensions with a chrome moly sleeve.
AODE / 4R70W Pump remanufactured with oversize new gears. Remachined gear cavity and mating surfaces.
Repair bearing bores in Honda cases. Out of round or worn bearing bores can cause noise or broken gear trains.
Subaru throwout bearing repair. Sleeve split case housing
The AW55-50&51SN transmissions used in Volvos, Saturns, Maximas, and Saabs are spitting the planetary bushings out of the planets. One of the reasons this is happening is because of wear in the Aisin Warner cases. The bore for the outer race for the drive gear becomes worn and allows excessive movement in the gear train. We repair the case with a steel sleeve back to original dimensions.
