"Omega Better,
no longer a Secret"

Can you  believe that the month of May is almost over! Indy is this weekend and the temperature here in the Sacramento Valley is creeping toward the high 90s.

In the April newsletter, I mentioned several items we manufacture. One of those was pumps, specifically 700/4L60E pumps. Omega Machine & Tool, Inc. got its start  in the pump business, out of the back of Pete Coumas' pickup truck. He would build a truck load of pumps and drive down from his shop in Oregon, then throughout northern California and over to the Bay Area, selling pumps out of the back of his pickup. Back to Oregon with his precious cargo of cores to start the process all over again. The true American entrepreneurial spirit. Personal service, quality products and expertise, that is how it all started, that is what "Omega Better" is all about.

Now for our featured part. In the past this space was used to raise awareness of some of our popular, long standing products. This month we're so excited about this latest tool, I didn't want to relegate it to the left side bar.

Case Repair Tool

Often the center support bolts on an E40D have been over tightened. When this happens the center of the valve body area of the case becomes dished and while thick gaskets are available to prevent cross-leaks, why start with something that isn't right? Isn't this job hard enough, and full of enough surprises? Now you don't have to wonder if the gaskets will make up for the unevenness of the valve body area.
