Omega Machine & Tool Inc. is pleased to announce the immediate availability of remanufactured BW4405 rear case halves. Every BW 4405 transfer case has or is in the process of making the rear bearing bore and shift rail bore out of round. This leads to at least disengagement of the transfer case, and at worse, destruction of the gear train. Up until now the fix was a new rear case. Omega now has sleeved the rear bearing bore and rebushed the shift rail bore to cut your parts cost in half.
