Jaguar (Model 65/66) Sleeve governor bore
4L80E Rebush case, R & R only.
A4LD Sleeve governor bore. On the 4 liter cases we replace the rear sprag thrust washer.
A540E Sleeve bearing support
AOD/ AODE Sleeve governor bore with chrome-moly.
Borg Warner T5 Repair front counter shaft bearing bore. R & R only
E40D Repair rear case bushing area. Replace original bushing with one piece bronze type. (Not rolled bushing)
KM Sleeve governor bore.

Mercedes Governor bore repairs
BW4405 shift fork has been improved to prevent the transfer case from popping out of gear.

NP535 Sleeve counter shaft bore with chrome-moly
RE4RO1A / RE4RO3A Sleeve governor bore with chrome-moly. Install bronze one piece case bushing.

ZF18 Sleeve governor bore.
AODE/4R70W 1/2 accumulator bore repair. When your spring breaks or the bore just becomes worn, we can sleeve the bore back to original dimensions with a chrome moly sleeve.
Borg Warner 4405 transfer case rear half. The BW 4405 gets the bearing and shift rail bore restored to new dimensions. This fixes the transfer case disengagement problem so familiar with these units.
Borg Warner 4405 transfer case front half. The case half gets the front shift rail bore repaired with a bushing and the wear done to the case by the oil pump extension is repaired.
Mazda M50D Repair front case bores. Main drive gear or counter shaft area.

   Drums

Description
130/140/340 Direct clutch drum with chrome-moly sleeve and new bushing.
RL-3/RL-4/RN-3 Direct clutch drum with chrome-moly sleeve and new bushing.
Borg Warner 1356 Transfer case input planetary remanufactured. The input gear eats into the thrust surface of the carrier and produces undesirable end-play. We machine the carrier and install thrust washer to bring part back to factory specifications.
4L80E Repaired forward drum. Ring cut drums are sleeved and a wider bushing is used to improve support for the shaft. The wider bushing is part number 33438 and is available separately.
Toyota A340H Transfer Case Direct Drum, new or we can R&R your drum, repairing the ring cut area.

AODE / 4R70W Pump remanufactured with oversize new gears. Remachined gear cavity and mating surfaces.
180 Pump, re-machine pump cavity and mating surfaces. New bushings. These units are used most often in Post Office vehicles. If you have the Post Office repair contract, contact us for more information about other TH180 parts and services.
4R100 Remanufactured pumps. These are complete pumps with new 9 lobe Hi Volume gears, bushings and seals. We also carry remanufactured pump bodies and gears.
A4LD center supports. These are remanufactured supports using a steel sleeve to repair the area where they ring cut. Very reasonable!

Repair bearing bores in Honda cases. Out of round or worn bearing bores can cause noise or broken gear trains.
Subaru throwout bearing repair. Sleeve split case housing.
The AW55-50&51SN transmissions are used in Nissan, Volvos, Saturns, Maximas, and Saabs and are spitting the planetary bushings out of the planets. One of the reasons this is happening is because of wear in the Aisin Warner cases. The bore for the outer race for the drive gear becomes worn and allows excessive movement in the gear train. We repair the case with a steel sleeve back to original dimensions.
AW55-50SN planetary with a one piece bushing. The stock planet has two bushings. We machine the planet for our one piece bushing. The AW55-50&51SN transmissions are used in Nissan, Volvos, Saturns, Maximas, and Saabs. This planetary has a 1.860" hole on the back side where the sun gear goes through.
